This summer we are offering four different types of cucumbers from the SunnysideLOCAL gardens. Heirloom Lemon cucumber, Baby Persian cucumbers with a smooth textured skin, a long English cumcumber called Chelsea’s Prize and Bush Slicer, a burpless standard slicing cuke. Cucumbers can be a cool refreshing addition to any summertime meal.
These unique, lemon yellow fruits are sweet and crisp, with mild flavor that’s easy to digest. Delicious straight from the garden or can be used in your favorite pickling recipe.
