Stuffed Poblano Peppers

This year we are growing several different kinds of peppers from Jalapenos and Habaneros to mild, colorful bells.  Somewhere in the middle are the Poblanos, always one of my favorites. The following recipe comes courtesy of “One Block Feast” a Sunset Publication.  I bought the book because of this recipe.  This light, earthy dish is sure to be a feast of taste and textures.
